We value our staff and work very hard to ensure that they are happy and we motivate them to perform satisfactorily.
We usually conduct a check in on a regular basis with our support staff, ensuring that they have an avenue to raise any queries or issues they may have for example

Our offices and onsite team (where applicable ) keep in touch with our staff with the aim of keeping them motivated and making them feel as part of the wider SAMBHU family. Positive comments from managers and clients are also feedback to our staff.
Fees for the provision of this service would be determined consequent upon our agreement on the final details of the services.
The following options are available for staff outsourcing services:
OPTION 1
• Enjoys medical cover as provided by an HMO
• Paid Annual leave
• Pensionable
• Uniform to be provided for logistics staff
OPTION 2
• Any combination of the benefits as listed above
OPTION 3
• None of the benefits to be provided by us
OVERTIME
It is highly recommended and motivating for staff to receive overtime allowance. We advise that staff receive such compensation where clients have enjoyed it and would be able to accommodate it
PENSION
We would invoice you for employers’ contribution to the pension scheme. This is statutorily at 10% of staff basic, housing and transport allowance as calculated by us.
SOCIAL COST
The social cost covers statutory obligations, including workmen compensation, uniform, leave allowance, 13th month salary and health insurance. This cost could range between a minimum of N6,500(Six Thousand Five Hundred Naira) and N8,500 (Eight Thousand Five Hundred Naira) per staff depending on which of the options above is adopted.
